Do I need to buy or lease the machine?
No. The machine is purchased and owned by a 99 Spoons operator — an independent entrepreneur in our network. You never buy, lease, or finance any equipment. Your only contribution is floor space.
Do my staff need to operate or maintain it?
No. The kiosk is fully self-service — customers order and pay on the touchscreen. The operator monitors everything remotely and handles all restocking and maintenance. Your team doesn't need to touch it.
How much space does it need?
Just 10 square feet and a standard 110V electrical outlet. No plumbing, no drainage, no special installation required from your end.
How does the revenue share work?
You receive a percentage of every transaction made at your location. The exact commission is agreed upon when you sign your hosting agreement. Payments are handled automatically — no invoicing on your end.
Is the machine health department certified?
Yes. 99 Spoons machines are Intertek & NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) certified and health department permitted nationwide. Compliance documentation is available on request.
What if I want to remove the machine later?
Hosting agreements include a standard notice period. If the partnership isn't working for either party, we remove the machine — again, at no cost to you.
