Yes. We grant one exclusive license per country. Once a territory is licensed, we will not license it to another party. Saudi Arabia and Japan are both taken. All other territories are evaluated on a first-come, qualified basis.
You don't need food service experience specifically, but business operations experience and strong local networks are important. We provide all the technical training — what we look for is a committed operator who understands their local market.
License and machine investment amounts vary by territory size and initial fleet. Contact us directly and we'll provide a custom proposal based on your country's scale and your initial deployment plan.
You will be required to make equipment purchase objectives to maintain your exclusive license. These are negotiated based on territory size (population) and socio economics.
We work with you to identify approved local suppliers for soft serve mix, toppings, and syrups in your country. For markets where local sourcing is limited, we can advise on importing approved products. Our team handles this during the onboarding process.
Yes. Your license allows you to sell machines and deploy operators within your territory under your own terms. This is how most international licensees scale — you become the 99 Spoons master operator for your country and build a network below you.
